Use the HK market view

Select HK on the Signal Desk, then choose Daily or Weekly and a pattern family. PatternLedger groups candlestick, trendline, top-and-bottom, channel, flag, and moving-average setups.

Use the board's date when checking freshness. Hong Kong and US market sessions do not share the same calendar. A US date is not a substitute for an HK board date.

Read the stock code and company together

Hong Kong stocks use numeric stock codes. For an AI Ticker Review, choose HK and enter a code such as 0700. This example shows the input format, not a recommendation.

Check the displayed company name before you read the chart. A stock code alone does not explain the business or a recent company change.

Check board lots and trading costs

A board lot is the trading unit used for a security. Confirm the current lot size for the exact stock with HKEX or your broker. Do not assume that every HK stock uses the same lot size.

Also check currency, fees, the spread between buying and selling prices, and available volume. PatternLedger's displayed liquidity is research context, not a promise that an order will fill.

Keep the comparison within one market

Compare an HK pattern with matching HK backtest evidence. Keep direction, Strict or Loose quality, timeframe, and holding period the same. A Weekly five-period result means five weeks, not five sessions.

A high win rate from a small sample can give a false sense of confidence. Check the number of completed outcomes and the size of losses as well as wins.

Free preview and paid access

Free boards appear after three exchange sessions. Holidays and weekends can make that delay longer than three calendar days. Use the date shown on the page.

Current board access and AI usage depend on the plan. CSV downloads and saved review PDFs are Pro features. See the plan page for the exact scope.
