How to check the method
Detection rules, scoring, backtest timing, AI review, and journal admission are separate parts of the product. The public reference explains their roles and limits. Current-rule backtests are labelled separately from signals saved when a board was published.
Free board previews have a three-exchange-session delay. Always use the displayed date. Missing evidence is not proof that a pattern succeeded or failed.
AI use and guide sources
PatternLedger uses AI-assisted chart review. Its outputs can contain errors and need independent checking. A model benchmark does not establish the accuracy of a particular stock forecast.
